Floor Demolition and Surface Prep
Although it is difficult to get an accurate price without inspecting the work first, below are some rough estimates for demolition of certain floor surfaces.
Carpet - 1000 sq ft - $2500
Laminate - 1000 sq ft - $3500
Tile Flooring - 1000 sq ft - $5000
All estimates include demolition, bag up and haul away of all flooring materials, and minor repairs to floor surfaces. If the surfaces need to be leveled that will require an additional cost on top of the demolition
